About the Position


Designation: Vice President - Marketing

Work Location : Rajendra Nager, New Delhi

Reporting to : CMD

Purpose of the role :

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and direction for all marketing activities within the company. This role is critical in driving growth, increasing market share, and enhancing the brand presence of Ginni International Ltd in the textile sector.


Core Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.

2.Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the Development and Production team to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Bring insights from customers about products and align the Development Team on the Product trends
  • Develop a Marketing Plan for new products including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.

3.Brand Management :

  • Strengthen the companys brand identity and enhance its reputation in the textile sector
  • Create Brand Communication Plan and ensure consistency in the communication across all the channels.
  • Develop and execute impactful branding campaigns to increase brand awareness and loyalty

4.Dealer Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealers to ensure long term collaboration.
  • Evaluate and expand the Dealer Network to penetrate new markets.
  • Establish performance metrics and regularly assess Dealer performance against these benchmarks and implement programme to motivate them.

5.Export Management

  • Conduct Market research to understand International Market Trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with International Trade regulations, export laws and customer requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with international distributors and partners

6.Team Management

  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the Marketing Team, aligning their efforts with the companys strategic goal.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork


Critical Experience & Qualification


  • The person should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand positioning.
  • The person should have experience of 15 to 20 years in Sales & Marketing of Fabrics / Denim products. Experience with Denim products is compulsory.
  • The person should have experience in Domestic as well as International Markets.
  • The person should have strong leadership and influencing skills and should have managed a team of 8 to 10 members at mid/junior levels
  • The person should have a qualification of B.Tech (Textile).
