Officers IAS Academy is Indias premier institution for civil service aspirants, founded and led by former IAS and IPS officers. Building on our strong legacy in UPSC coaching, we are expanding into other competitive exam domains such as TNPSC, and allied services. Our mission is to provide aspirants with the best mentorship, rooted in experience and values, to succeed in their careers of public significance.
We are looking for a results-driven Vice President Marketing to lead our growth across UPSC and other competitive exam segments. The ideal candidate should have experience in the edtech or education sector with strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and offline outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Growth Marketing
- Design and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing student admissions for UPSC and competitive exam programs.
- Set and achieve quarterly/annual admission targets in line with business goals.
- Optimize lead-to-admission conversion funnel through effective nurturing, communication, and follow-ups.
- Implement performance-driven campaigns (digital + offline) to maximize ROI.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Scale digital acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, YouTube) to generate high-quality leads.
- Deploy marketing automation and CRM tools to track, segment, and convert leads effectively.
- Drive content-led engagement to build a strong aspirant pipeline (webinars, seminar, reels, blogs, podcasts).
Offline Outreach & Events
- Lead college and university outreach programs to create a consistent inflow of aspirants.
- Organize large-scale seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions to build top-of-funnel leads.
- Collaborate with faculty (ex-IAS/IPS officers) to position seminars as high-value, aspirant-centric events.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen the brands credibility as the only IAS academy run by former officers.
- Highlight student success stories and alumni testimonials in admission campaigns.
- Build strong PR/media visibility around results, programs, and leadership.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and manage a marketing & admissions team with clear performance KPIs.
- Work closely with counselling and academic teams to improve conversion from inquiry to admission.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent (preferred).
Well-experienced professional with expertise in marketing, growth, or admissions, preferably within the edtech or higher education sector..
Strong digital marketing skills (social media, content creation, basic SEO/SEM).
Strong expertise in digital growth strategies and offline outreach models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with data analysis, metrics tracking, and performance measurement.
Passion for education, UPSC, and competitive exam coaching.
