Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation Leader

Value & Productivity Governance:

Own the the Value delivery framework and policy for all LDT initiatives/projects across the organisation

Quality Assurance - Oversee the Corporate Audit process to ensure adherence to Value Policy

Ensure accurate & timely reporting of Value Delivery & Productivity on a periodic basis post alignment with vertical teams

Gen AI Programme Management & Governance:

Oversee the central reporting of all Gen AI deployments across the units and segments.

Evaluate business cases for GenAI solution development and sign-off the funding accordingly

Ensure weekly data collation for Gen AI GLC reporting and alignment with Vertical LDT Leads.

Ensure accurate & timely submission of inputs for weekly GLC review

Ensure timely & accurate submission of Gen AI inputs for Board meetings, Investor Relations packs etc
