Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President KYC Refresh / Onboarding to lead large-scale KYC operations for Corporate & Institutional clients. The role requires strong leadership experience in managing KYC refresh, onboarding, and periodic review processes while driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage KYC Refresh, Onboarding, and Periodic Review operations for Corporate & Institutional clients.
• Oversee end-to-end KYC lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Manage and mentor teams of Analysts and junior team members, ensuring strong performance and development.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives within BAU operations.
• Lead team transitions, scaling, and operational setup for new processes or business expansions.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining SLA, risk, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.

Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience in KYC Refresh, Onboarding, or Periodic Reviews within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Corporate & Institutional clients and Markets products.
• 10+ years of people management experience, managing teams of Analysts and junior staff.
• Proven track record in team transitions, scaling operations, and managing large teams.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
