Role Overview

The role involves working on Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) transactions, including deal origination, structuring, fundraising, and execution. The candidate will support end-to-end transaction lifecycle management, collaborating with sponsors, investors, and internal teams to deliver successful capital market and private placement outcomes within the infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for InvIT formation, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build relationships with infrastructure developers, sponsors, and institutional investors
• Track sector trends across roads, renewables, power transmission, and other infrastructure assets
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for InvIT assets and portfolios
• Conduct valuation analysis, yield modeling, and return assessment for investors
• Analyze cash flows, distribution structures, and leverage profiles
