Vice President – Investment Banker

We are building a high-impact Investment Banking platform for mid-market and high-quality SMB clients. We are looking for a senior professional to help lead and scale this journey.

Role:

Lead end-to-end sell-side M&A and capital raise mandates

Partner closely with founders, promoters, and CXOs as a trusted advisor

Drive valuation, negotiations, investor/buyer outreach, and deal closure

Build scalable IB processes, frameworks, and playbooks

Mentor team members and help scale the Investment Banking practice

Requirement:

810 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Transaction Advisory, or similar roles

Proven experience managing transactions end-to-end

Strong valuation, structuring, and negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building platforms
