Position: VP IDAM & SSO

Grade: M4L1

Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA / MSc (Comp Science)

Skills Required:

Excellent technical knowledge with deep understanding of IDAM frameworks, SSO standards and best practices.
Very good knowledge in Identity Lifecycle Management like Joiner-Mover-Leaver process automations, Role Based Access Control, Attribute Based Access Control, Identity provisioning, etc
Good understanding of password-less authentication concepts like FIDO2, passkeys, etc
Proven experience in project management and software development.
Good leadership, decision-making and organization skills.
Attention to detail and quality consciousness, strong communication abilities
Good understanding of AppSec Concepts
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
Knowledge of DevOps practices & CI / CD

Experience:

More than 15 years of total experience in software development and project management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SSO Implementation.

Job Description:

Define the Enterprise IDAM & SSO roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation.
Aligning IDAM strategy with Cloud, Saas and API-first architecture.
Oversee migration from legacy localized authorization to centralized authorization.
Drive Zero Trust and Least Privilege Access models.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Organize regular review meeting with all the stakeholders with a well-planned communication strategy
