Package: 10 LPA 12 LPA

We are looking for an experienced HR VP with a strong background in the Real Estate industry only.

Minimum 810 years of HR experience in Real Estate companies

Strong expertise in recruitment, team management, HR operations & employee engagement

Experience in hiring sales teams, channel partners & corporate staff in real estate

Ability to build strong HR systems, policies, and organisational culture

Leadership mindset with excellent communication and decision-making skills
