Vice President - High End Interior Finishes

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to oversee and manage the implementation of high-end interior finishes across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction management, and project leadership. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for high-end interior finishes, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of projects to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Identify and engage with reputable vendors, contractors, and suppliers for interior finishes.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor performance to ensure delivery of high-quality materials and services.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead a team of designers, contractors, and project managers, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of craftsmanship and finishes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior finishes.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for interior finish projects, monitoring expenses and controlling costs effectively.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design integrity.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding interior finishes.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges in a clear and timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience 20 years in managing high-end interior finish projects within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior finishes.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience working with luxury real estate developers or high-profile clients.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
