Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, adaptable, and high-tenacity Vice President of Finance with the professional runway to transition into a Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who has mastered the complexities of global operationsspecifically across the US and APAC regions. You bring a unique professional pedigree: the ability to run finance at a massive global scale combined with the "roll-up-your-sleeves" grit required to manage the granular mechanics of a high-growth enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Financial Leadership: Oversee and scale global financial operations. Leverage your experience with US multinationals to implement world-class financial standards across all regions.

• Revenue Forecasting & Strategy: Lead the development of sophisticated revenue forecasts, financial models, and KPIs (EBITDA, CAC, LTV) to ensure predictable business growth.

• Legal & Contractual Oversight: Act as the primary lead for legal and compliance initiatives. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and commercial contracts.

• Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Use your holistic understanding of small-to-mid-sized enterprise mechanics to bridge gaps between various business units and solve complex business bottlenecks.

• Accounting & Compliance: Maintain rigorous oversight of US GAAP (with heavy emphasis on /Revenue Recognition) and IFRS for Indian financial reporting.

• AI & Process Optimization: Drive the modernization of the finance tech stack by strategically integrating AI tools to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy.

• Growth Readiness: Shape the companys financial posture, reporting transparency, and strategic planning to navigate Pre-IPO stages, including potential Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 1020 years of total professional experience in Global Finance and Accounting.

• Sector Expertise: Minimum of 7 years in a Tech company, with a strong preference for Cybersecurity or SaaS environments.

• Global Footprint: Proven track record managing finances across the US and APAC regions.

• Dual-Scale Background: Demonstrated experience in both a large US multi-national (or top-tier outsourcing firm) and a smaller enterprise, proving you can handle both scale and "scrappiness."

• Legal Acumen: Direct experience in interpreting and managing business contracts and MSAs.

• Technical Proficiency: * Deep mastery of US GAAP and IFRS.

• Knowledge of NetSuite or any other AI tools for financial automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: CA or CPA, good to have MBA from a premier institute
• Taxation: Extensive experience in US, India, and cross-border taxation strategies.
• M&A: Prior experience managing financial due diligence for acquisitions or mergers.
• Strategic Mindset: A history of acting as a true business partner to executive leadership in the SaaS or Security space.
