Job Overview

The Vice President - Finance will serve as strategic partner to CEO & the Board and will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will own capital strategy, investor relations, fundraising/refinancing, and performance management of the same across all the companies Entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Finance & Leadership:

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing insight on financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives

Manage relationships with lenders, DFIs, multilaterals, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors

Lead fundraising, refinancing, and exit readiness processes, including data rooms and diligence for equity, debt, working capital raises in line with companys capital needs

Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, lenders, and financing partners on financial matters

Lead process management and materials for board meetings and investor reporting.

2. Financial Planning, Compliance, Reporting & Controls:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Holdco and corporate entities

Oversee strategic planning and execution for cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across Holdco and corporate entities

Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in line with local GAAP / IFRS and investor expectations

Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks

Manage external audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance
