About the Role

We are hiring a Vice President Production Support & Operations to lead business-critical capital markets technology platforms in a 24x7, high-availability environment .

This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical depth and senior leadership , owning stability, availability, incident management, automation, and operational excellence for large-scale trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production support for capital market / trading applications
• Lead L3/L4 support , major incident management, and war-room coordination
• Ensure zero-downtime operations and strict SLA adherence
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes
• Ensure 100% monitoring coverage using ITRS Geneos
• Improve operational efficiency through automation (shell scripting)
• Manage ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
• Oversee ServiceNow for ITSM operations
• Lead and mentor large production support teams
• Collaborate with internal tech teams and external vendors
• Support major releases, migrations, and platform upgrades
