We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Credit Services to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Responsible for originating, underwriting, documentation, and monitoring small, moderately complex credit facilities/credit relationships.
• Responsible for all credit facility components including origination, underwriting and documentation for minimally complex credit facilities/credit relationships.
• Monitors existing credit portfolios, including loan reviews. Develops and maintains relationships with clients and relationship leads to understand and assess credit needs.
• Generate new business opportunities for the bank such as new loans. Responsible for originating, underwriting, documentation, and monitoring small, moderately complex credit facilities/credit relationships.
• Directly manages client inquiries and facilitates resolution of problems within scope of knowledge. Solves problems that are small to moderate in nature and directly impact credit quality and/or client experience. 
• No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Contributes to the achievement of Credit Services team objectives.
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
•  5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in credit, banking, or financial and risk analysis preferred.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication are required.
• An MBA in Finance, CFA, FRM, or an equivalent advanced finance degree is advantageous.
