Vice President Credit Risk Management

We are seeking a senior Vice President Credit (Structured Debt) to lead credit evaluation and risk management for structured lending transactions, including bespoke, collateralised, and cash-flow backed deals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead credit underwriting for structured debt transactions (LAP, LRD, structured corporate loans, mezzanine, promoter financing, AIF/private credit structures)

Evaluate complex deal structures, security packages, covenants, and cash-flow waterfalls

Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and early warning signals

Build and mentor a high-calibre structured credit team

Preferred Background

Banks (Wholesale / Corporate Credit)

NBFCs focused on structured lending

Private Credit / AIF / Special Situations funds

Investment banking credit or risk teams
