Vice President CR Due Diligence, Governance & Procurement
Experience: 1015 years
Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Civil, Architectural, Electrical); Law qualification is an added advantage
Purpose
Lead Corporate Relations due diligence for growth projects, ensure governance excellence, and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all CR-related matters. Drive services procurement, monitor budgets, and track key actions for timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
Role Overview
Own RMZs compliance and governance framework for growth assets. Integrate due diligence insights into investment and development decisions. Oversee CR services procurement, manage partner relationships, and ensure budgetary discipline while serving as SPOC for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Due Diligence & Feasibility: Conduct regulatory/statutory due diligence; assess feasibility and risks.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and monitor governance frameworks; ensure adherence to norms and policies.
- SPOC Accountability: Act as CR SPOC for investments, transactions, and leadership teams.
- Action Tracking: Maintain dashboards for approvals and compliance milestones; escalate delays proactively.
- Services Procurement: Lead CR procurement; onboard/manage partners; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
- Budget Monitoring: Track budgets, forecast spends, control variances; publish monthly financial reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with authorities, consultants, and internal teams.

Competencies & Qualifications
- 1215 years in regulatory due diligence, governance, and procurement for large-scale real estate/infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of statutory frameworks, permit costing, and compliance processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and partner performance.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in digital dashboards and MIS.
