Job Title: Vice President Taxation (UAE Corporate Tax)

Job Description:

• Lead and manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, including preparation, review, and filing of Corporate Tax returns.
• Provide day-to-day tax advisory support on routine business transactions and operational matters.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly tax computations in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
• Compute and review current tax and deferred tax, including tax provisions and disclosures as per IFRS.
• Analyze financial statements and accounting data to identify tax implications, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor updates in UAE Corporate Tax laws, regulations, and guidelines and assess their impact on the business.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large tax team, ensuring effective review, delegation, performance management, and skill development.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business leadership to integrate tax considerations into financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax reporting and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the companys tax processes.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 812+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Tax, Tax Litigation and Tax Advisory
• Experience in Big 10 / leading tax advisory firms preferred
• Experience with tax software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
