VP Clinical & Administrative Operations (Nizamabad)
Location: Nizamabad, Telangana | Role Type: Senior Leadership
We are seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to oversee clinical and administrative operations, strengthen systems, enhance patient experience, and drive performance excellence across our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern hospital operations across clinical, nursing, and administrative functions
Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, compliance, and service standards
Drive KPI-based performance, operational efficiency, and resource optimization
Strengthen cross-department coordination and stakeholder communication
Lead patient experience initiatives and grievance resolution
Mentor functional leaders and build a high-performance culture
Qualifications
MBBS or MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration)
812+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospital administration
Proven track record in clinical administration, quality systems, and team leadership
Strong communication, decision-making, and governance orientation
Preferred Profiles
Senior hospital operations leaders (Unit Heads / COOs / Ops Directors)
Former Government Health Administrators / Armed Forces Hospital Administrators
Public-health program leaders with strong operational experience
