Role Brief:

This role is responsible for managing the complete execution of ECM transactions from mandate to listing. The individual will handle regulatory documentation, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that all activities are completed within defined timelines. A strong understanding of SEBI regulations, documentation processes, and transaction structuring is essential. The role requires close interaction with legal advisors, auditors, stock exchanges, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal progress. Attention to detail, ownership, and execution discipline are critical for success in this role.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of Mainboard IPO (preferred), QIP, Buyback, Open Offer, OFS, and other ECM transactions, ensuring smooth progress from mandate to listing.
  • Prepare and coordinate DRHP/RHP, offer documents, and all related regulatory filings in line with SEBI and exchange requirements.
  • Liaise regularly with SEBI, stock exchanges, legal counsels, and auditors to address queries and ensure timely approvals.
  • Monitor deal timelines, support issue structuring, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with placement and coverage teams during execution to ensure alignment and successful completion of the transaction.


Role Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience

Strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge

Open to travel to client place

Prior experience in merchant banking / boutique IB preferred

High ownership, detail orientation, team handling & execution discipline
