Vice President / Senior Associate - TMT Investment Banking

OBJECTIVE: To develop and strengthen client relationship in Digital / Tech sector. Responsible for origination, co-ordination and execution of various types of Investment Banking deals.

ELIGIBILITY:

Years of Experience -: 5-10+ years

Educational Qualification -: MBA from a Tier 1 institute or CA (1st Attempt)

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

1. Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors - Technology Products)
2. Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily domestic)
3. Having good grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market
4. Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy side mandates
5. To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
6. Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
7. Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
8. Managing Client relationships along with the lead, assisting in identification of business opportunities
9. Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Strong understanding & deal experience in NewGen StartUps, DigitalTech, Tech Product Co.'s
2. Excellent grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.
3. Extensive Deal handling & closure experience
4. Excellent Relationship Management skills - prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth
5. Good understanding & experience of both Capital market and M&A transaction
6. Strong blend of number crunching / analytics
7. Ability to effectively network across NewGen StartUps and generate potential business lead
8. Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations
