Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead transformation for Finance and Procurement. Person would deal with various stakeholders across Finance sub-functions (controllership, FP&A, sourcing, treasury, investor relations, and taxation), Project One Genpact team, IT and Transformation.
Develop and lead the overall strategy and vision for Finance Transformation Initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee and manage all aspects of initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of finance transformation initiatives.
Conduct thorough research/ analysis to identify transformation opportunities and potential risks. Implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Create and maintain a detailed roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Establish and implement effective project management methodologies and processes to ensure successful execution.
Monitor progress and performance on key initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, achievements, and challenges.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the transformation process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the finance function.
