Vice President - Global Operating Leader

Lead large teams, groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed retention targets.

Handle the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2R, PTP, OTC and FP&A to ensure customer happiness and increased revenue through client up-sell

Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings

Sound knowledge in the R2R aspects like Inter-co accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Bank and balance sheet recons, Month end close aspects, Accruals, amortizations, financials submission in Fin. Reporting systems etc.

Proven ability in driving large scale transformation and driving business impact for the clients

Should have managed multiple internal and external stakeholder with P&L management of USD 20MN per annum

Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda

Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.

Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
