Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead your team to enable specified bookings goals and bid conversion rates
• Help increase overall deal team VOC ratings for your team
• Proactively identify any potential risk to the current processes and escalate appropriately
• Create a detailed Project Plan for time, effort, and quality management
• Embrace transformation and lead your team to adopt/ comply with the designed change
• Continuously innovate to streamline core operating processes, knowledge management and leveraging technology for speed and quality
• Orchestrate an end-to-end collaborative engagement with various departments to plan, execute and deliver on sales pipeline outcomes
• Drive DNA change by landing the best-in-class bid management process, staffing right people in right roles, continuous capability building
• Close engagement with senior business stakeholders and delivering on their strategy for the business
