Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the wealth domain.

·       Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards.

·       Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights.

·       Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective QA processes are in place.

·       Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA for the wealth domain.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.

·       Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress.

·       Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
