Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Relevant year(s) of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
P&C Insurance experience
Strategic consultative selling experience at a large consulting / SI firm
Program Management Experience
Knowledge / experience selling and implementing Guidewire Suite
Preferred experience and qualifications
Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, and Billing applications as per product requirements)
Strong and broad experience in pre-sales, solutioning and implementation of Guidewire Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, Datahub, Digital Portal etc.) for Insurance carriers
Proven experience in building and managing senior client relationships at mid and large tier Insurance carriers
Broad knowledge of Insurtech players, software vendors and service providers in the Insurance industry and experience implementing these within Guidewire ecosystem
Expertise in preparation and execution of Guidewire demonstrations aligned to opportunities, ability to clearly articulate optimal and alternative solutions and conduct fit-gap analysis
Strong experience managing a cross disciplinary team of business / functional SMEs, architects, Guidewire SMEs, External Partners, legal and finance to respond to RFPs, develop proactive proposals, identify client opportunities, work with Solution Architects to craft solutions, develop business and technology architecture, transformation roadmap, estimates and pricing
Prior experience working with procurement, business, and IT stakeholders to negotiate pricing, contractual terms and conditions and execute contracts
Ability to partner and collaborate with delivery teams through the implementation lifecycle driving client satisfaction, proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution and ensure client success
Experience leading and driving practice development activities that include developing methodologies and frameworks, accelerators, thought leadership, speaking at conferences
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$220,000 to $250,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
