Vice President, Finance & Accounting Operations

Ownership of day-to-day Operations to deliver predictable output and oversee key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations

Network within the organization to form relationships at all levels (decision-makers and influencers)

Establish clear, ambitious, and achievable transformation objectives that align with the company's strategic vision.

Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions

Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation

Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team

Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions

Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.

Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.

MBA, Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant.
