Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy development deliver projects related to Genpacts strategy development and answer the key strategic questions that the business is facing.

  • Strategy execution and organisational change follow strategy projects through into implementation by handling change and working with partners across a global, matrixed organisation.

  • Technology and other emerging trends monitoring and analyzing tech and AI trends impacting Genpacts clients and setting up innovation ecosystems.

  • People development and team leadership - mentor junior members of the team in core strategy consulting skills and chipping into continuous learning environment

  • Financial analysis and financial modelling analyse internal financial data and build business cases for investment into new business areas.

  • Managing the corporate investment process, aligning investment with strategic priorities and governing the progress and RoI.

  • Internal consulting supporting business units / service line leadership teams in strategy development and planning.

  • Research and analysis design and undertake external research programs in support of strategy projects including market, customer, and competitor analysis.

  • Authoring Thought Leadership across industries, service offerings and technology areas in collaboration with the business SMEs and marketing counterparts

  • M&A work closely with the M&A team to develop strategic rationale, assess acquisition targets, find ways to partner cases, and developing supporting materials.
