Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Strategy development deliver projects related to Genpacts strategy development and answer the key strategic questions that the business is facing.

Strategy execution and organisational change follow strategy projects through into implementation by handling change and working with partners across a global, matrixed organisation.

Technology and other emerging trends monitoring and analyzing tech and AI trends impacting Genpacts clients and setting up innovation ecosystems.

People development and team leadership - mentor junior members of the team in core strategy consulting skills and chipping into continuous learning environment

Financial analysis and financial modelling analyse internal financial data and build business cases for investment into new business areas.

Managing the corporate investment process, aligning investment with strategic priorities and governing the progress and RoI.

Internal consulting supporting business units / service line leadership teams in strategy development and planning.

Research and analysis design and undertake external research programs in support of strategy projects including market, customer, and competitor analysis.

Authoring Thought Leadership across industries, service offerings and technology areas in collaboration with the business SMEs and marketing counterparts
-
M&A work closely with the M&A team to develop strategic rationale, assess acquisition targets, find ways to partner cases, and developing supporting materials.
