What Were Looking For

Ph.D. & Full Professor with a strong research profile

15+ years of academic leadership & ideally 2 terms as VC

Proven success in institutional governance & regulatory dealings

Experience in reputed Universities (Medical College exposure preferred)

Ethical leadership, data-driven decisions & stakeholder collaboration
