To help us shape and scale that story globally, were looking for a Vibe Marketer who understands U.S. startup culture , internet-native storytelling, and AI-powered growth.

Role Summary

As our Vibe Marketer , youll own the emotional, cultural, and narrative layer of the talentz.ai brand. Youll create high-impact content, automate distribution using AI and workflows, and build a community that resonates with founders, hiring managers, and operators in the U.S. market.

Youll scale brand impact without scaling headcount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve talentz.ais brand voice bold, human, culturally sharp, and U.S.-market aligned
• Create high-vibe, high-conversion content (memes, carousels, reels, short-form videos, threads) tailored for U.S. audiences using Claude, GPT, or other LLMs
• Design and automate marketing workflows using n8n, MCPs, CRM tools, and AI agents
• Launch and scale creative campaigns such as #NoMoreMisHires , Aligned Hiring , and Dreams Teams for the U.S. market
• Build and grow our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and email , with a primary focus on U.S.-based founders and startups
• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers on major launches and GTM initiatives
• Track performance metrics, audience engagement, and overall vibe health, iterating continuously

What You Bring:

• 25 years of experience in branding, content marketing, or social media with proven experience targeting the U.S. market
• Strong understanding of U.S. startup culture, hiring trends, and tech narratives
• Deep fluency in internet culture, memes, and storytelling that resonates with U.S. audiences
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Midjourney, DALLE, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, MCPs)
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills you turn product features into emotions and outcomes
• Experience using tools like HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, Webflow , or similar

Bonus Points:

• Youve worked with or marketed to U.S.-based startups, SaaS companies, or founders
• Youve grown a personal brand or online community with a U.S. audience
• Youve built Notion or Webflow pages that felt like a vibe
• You can do basic design or video editing and understand community management
• You think like a founder and execute like a creative studio
