Job Description

Role Type: Internship Location: Work from Office, Fort, Mumbai

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:30 PM


Rooftop is the world's first creative multiverse. We started by learning directly from Indian artists whose crafts were shaped by generations of practice. Now we bring global artists, creative practices, and curious learners into one shared universe.


We're looking for someone who genuinely loves art, gets how social media works, and wants to help us tell stories about Indian creativity in ways that actually land.


Scroll with purpose. Track what's being said, what's trending in art and culture, and what creators are doing that's worth paying attention to.

Spot trending formats, audios, memes, and creators relevant to our space before they blow up.

Flag early trends, viral moments, or conversations we should jump on.

Ideate content that feels native to each platform and actually fits our brand.

Write captions, comments, and copy that sounds like a real person wrote it.

Coordinate with our editors to bring ideas to life. You won't be doing heavy edits, but you should know what good editing looks like.

Save, tag, and organise content into weekly trend trackers so the team stays informed.

Share quick insights with the team on what's trending, why it matters, and what we should do about it.


You'll be working with a small team of multitaskers who handle different parts of the creative process. This is collaborative work.


Who Should Apply

You naturally notice how brands show up in reels, captions, comments, and memes.

You can spot trends before they hit explore pages.

You understand Instagram culture, creator ecosystems, and reel formats.

You know when a trend is on-brand versus off-brand.

You're comfortable with repetitive scanning and sharp observation.

You have genuine interest in art, design, or visual culture.


Skills Needed

Deep Instagram and Reels usage. You're already on there anyway.

Pattern recognition. You notice what's working and why.

Basic editing skills. Enough to put together a decent reel if needed.

Can write clearly and in a voice that doesn't feel corporate.

Attention to detail with screenshots, links, and tagging.

One Last Thing

There will be a short screening assignment to see how you think and create. Nothing crazy, just enough to understand your taste and how you approach content.
