VES Delivery Head -GPH 4

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for delivering the respective product group to CPH/Platform on behalf of the technical team. Act as the single point of contact in all CPH/Group CPH/Vertical Head reviews for ICE/EV/CV projects. Collaborate with Product Heads to leverage COE resources and achieve TCP targets related to VES, ensuring alignment with Group Product Heads' guidance. Provide timely inputs on manufacturing feasibility and ensure adherence to processes, quality targets, and platform goals. Strategically plan material costs to meet target goals and manage project-level budgets effectively.

Set Product TCP targets aligned with overall vehicle TCP and cascade them to Product teams within VES. Ensure system-level compliance with TCP and FI targets through strategic trade-offs and stakeholder collaboration. Facilitate technical alignment across architecture, packaging, interface requirements, and issue resolution for seamless product integration. Lead the delivery team (Delivery Lead & Delivery PM) in identifying and escalating product risks, supporting risk mitigation and resolution.

Ensure strict scope management to avoid deviations from project objectives and timelines. Drive product evaluations focusing on quality improvement, Product Quality, and Root Cause Analysis. Oversee inter-project fund transfers and utilization. Collaborate with Product Planning for PDB & feature finalization and future technology lineup. Engage with stakeholders—Quality, PQ, RGA (Product Evaluations), Sourcing & Manufacturing (System Compliance & Effectiveness), and CDMM/Suppliers (Development Process, Risks & Volume Management)—to ensure project success.
