Digital Projects Lead – Credit Cards (M7)

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Project Lead to lead the end-to-end development and optimization of our Credit Card digital projects. In this role, you'll manage a team of project managers focused on enhancing the digital customer experience, driving adoption, and delivering business growth through our digital initiatives for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and own the digital roadmap for the credit card business, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs. 

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of project managers for digital projects. 

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with marketing, credit risk, operations, compliance, and tech teams to deliver digital projects for the business. Ensure necessary project approvals are procured from all stakeholders. 

Data & Insights:

Use customer insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive feature development and prioritization. 

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all digital project initiatives comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills and Experience

The candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Post Graduate with 10+ years of work experience in banking / financial services / securities in the business process / ORM teams,
• Experience in credit cards / retail lending processes will be preferable.
• Experience in driving key projects and digitization processes for business
• Should possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills and has to be a quick learner.
