Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for insurance domain applications.
• Solution Architecture & Design: Define scalable architecture using .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and modern frameworks C# & Angular
• Database Management: Develop and optimize complex SQL Server /Oracle stored procedures, queries, and database objects for high performance.
• Code Quality & Governance: Conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices for maintainable and secure code.
• Configuration & Deployment: Prepare build documents, manage code configuration, and oversee deployment processes.
• Incident & Problem Management: Analyze production issues, perform impact assessments, troubleshoot, and ensure timely resolution with minimal business disruption.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance application and database performance through caching strategies, query tuning, and efficient coding practices.
• API Development & Testing: Build and integrate RESTful APIs, dot net core API, document using Swagger, and validate with Postman.
• Frameworks & Tools: Utilize Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and implement modern architectural patterns.
• Innovation & Automation: Explore emerging technologies to deliver AI-powered automation and improve operational efficiency in GI processes.
• AI & Generative Integration: Implement AI-driven solutions and integrate generative technologies to automate underwriting, claims processing, and customer engagement workflows.
• Hands-on coding experience combined with guiding the application team through tasks and monitoring adherence to the SDLC process
