Job Description
Job Title: Vertical Lead (Sales) PMC & Collaborator Vertical
Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)
Salary: 46 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

Sutra Luminis is a premium decorative lighting brand catering to high-end residential,
hospitality, and commercial projects across India. We work closely with architects, interior
designers, hotel groups, and developers to deliver bespoke lighting solutions.
As we expand our institutional and project-based sales network, we are looking for a
Vertical Lead PMC & Collaborator Sales to build and grow partnerships with Project
Management Consultants (PMCs), architects, turnkey contractors, and strategic
collaborators.
Role Objective
To develop and manage strong relationships with PMCs, turnkey contractors, architects, and
project collaborators to secure lighting specifications and project-based sales across India.
You will lead the PMC & Collaborator vertical and drive revenue growth through strategic
alliances and project conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Ownership
Achieve monthly revenue targets of 812 lakhs through PMC-led and
collaborator-driven projects.
Drive project-based sales from commercial, hospitality, retail, and high-end
residential developments.
2. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Building
Onboard 58 new active PMCs, contractors, or collaborators every month.
Develop long-term relationships with project managers, procurement heads,
architects, and site execution teams.
Ensure Sutra Luminis is specified as a preferred lighting partner in project BOQs.
3. Specification & Project Tracking
Work closely with PMCs during project planning stages to secure product approvals.
Track projects from design stage to execution and billing.
Maintain a live pipeline of 2530 active projects at different stages.
4. Client Engagement
Conduct 1520 structured meetings (site visits/virtual meetings) per month.
Present technical lighting solutions aligned with project drawings and compliance
requirements.
Coordinate technical submissions, approvals, and mock-ups where required.
5. Follow-ups & Closures
Ensure timely quotations, BOQs, technical documents, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain a minimum 2530% project conversion ratio.
6. Market Intelligence
Identify upcoming commercial and hospitality projects through PMC networks.
Track tenders, contractor movements, and large-scale project announcements.
Monitor competitor specifications and pricing trends.
7. Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for project feasibility and
timelines.
Ensure smooth post-order execution and payment follow-ups.
8. Reporting
Maintain CRM discipline for leads, meetings, project status, and revenue tracking.
Share structured weekly sales and pipeline reports with leadership.
Who You Are
Graduate with 46 years of experience in B2B project sales (lighting, electricals,
furniture, building materials, or interior products).
Strong exposure to PMC-driven or contractor-driven projects.
Proven ability to close 8L+ monthly revenue in project-based environments.
Strong negotiation, technical understanding, and project coordination skills.
Comfortable with site visits and travel across Delhi NCR and metro cities.
Familiar with BOQs, project cycles, and CRM reporting systems.
