We are looking for a Vendor Operations Manager who can independently handle end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding, and coordination for eLearning & content development projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source freelancers, agencies & vendors (SMEs, IDs, content writers, designers, video editors, etc.)
2. Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
3. Conduct screening, evaluation & sample checks
4. Negotiate commercials and handle contracts/NDAs
5. Manage onboarding, availability trackers, and resource allocation
6. Coordinate with vendors on deliverables, guidelines & quality
7. rack invoices, payments, and finance compliance
8. Maintain vendor performance records & relationships

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, etc.)
• Excellent communication & coordination
• Strong negotiation ability
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms
• Ability to manage multiple profiles at once
• Experience in eLearning, edtech, or content development (mandatory)
