About the Role:

Carrier Corporation is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable and high-performance buildings.

We have an exciting opportunity as a Vendor master Analyst, for our Global Business Services group.  The vendor master Analyst will be responsible for supporting our vendor partners that execute services our enterprise-wide global services team.  This position will have global scope.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Setting up the new vendors and change exiting vendors data.
  • Review the supplier set up forms and supporting documents for new suppliers or change existing vendors according to the Vendor Master Data SOP.
  • Provide the internal customers with guidance and training with regards to Vendor Master Data process.
  • Assist with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data.
  • Build a relationship with internal customers to follow up on escalated issues and monitor effectiveness
  • Assist with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data
  • Assist with external and internal audit inquiries for entities and ensure SOX control compliance as necessary.
  • Support other functions in the P2P team as holiday and emergency backup.
  • Provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement.
  • Provide helpdesk support for business in a timely and professional manner.
  • Setting up the user profiles in bank portal
  • Reviewing all the supporting documents for all new users and change in existing users.
  • Granting/revoking access based on user request type
  • User profiles modifications for password reset and create the password to the users
  • Provide helpdesk support for business in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting internal controls and external Audit team.
  • Preparation of SOP and submitting to the clients

Minimum Requirements

  • Education Qualification & Years of experience:
  • B.COM/MBA degree with 3+ years’ experience

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to exercise business judgment results.
  • Good Communication skills-both oral and written
  • Proven ability to work with a customer to achieve results through support and influence.
  • Experience with SAP, S4hana, Oracle, mastermind, JDE, MS-Dynamics. are preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, transformational environment.
  • Ability to lead analysis and resolution of problems where success requires the evaluation of both tangible and intangible variables.
  • Strong adaptability.
