About the Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Vendor Manager to manage and strengthen our vendor ecosystem. This role requires expertise in IT Vendor Management, Procurement, and IT Staffing Vendors (C2C/C2H/FTE), ensuring smooth operations and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, governance, and performance tracking
• Handle IT staffing vendors for C2C, C2H, and FTE hiring requirements
• Lead vendor negotiations, rate finalization, and contract discussions
• Ensure SLA adherence and monitor vendor performance
• Work on RFP / RFQ / RFI processes for vendor selection
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for demand planning and fulfillment
• Ensure vendor compliance, audit readiness, and documentation
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
