Vendor Manager

Position : Vendor Manager

Location : Dahisar East.

Experience Required : 5 to 10 years in Vendor Management

Salary: Upto 7.20 Lacs per anuum

Key Responsibilities : The person in this position finds qualified vendors to meet the companys needs and negotiates contracts for services and/or supplies. They are also responsible for quality control and timely delivery of resources.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: Research potential vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure optimal value.
• Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements.
• Contract & Compliance: Manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships (financial, operational, reputational).
• Issue Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between vendors and internal teams.
• Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on vendor performance and spending.

Qualifications : A Graduate or Equivalent degree.

• Experience: Proven background in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and clear communication.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align vendor strategy with overall business objectives.
