Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities across US regions.
- Analyze demand, track priority skills, and ensure a continuous flow of high-quality opportunities.
End-to-End Staffing Execution
- Own the full cycle: opportunity identification candidate sourcing/shortlisting submission client/vendor coordination placement.
- Work closely with internal bench teams to map available talent to open roles.
- Collaborate with external vendors when internal talent is not available, ensuring timely and competitive candidate submissions.
Customer & Engagement Management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with US clients, MSPs, and vendor partners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement monitoring, and issue resolution for deployed candidates.
- Drive renewals proactively to avoid business loss and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Business Growth & Reporting
- Achieve monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets under the High Velocity Sales program.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, submissions, interviews, closures, and renewals.
- Track engagement health, expiring contracts, and ensure renewal actions are completed well in advance.
Requirements / Specifications
- 57 years of experience in US staffing, recruitment, account management, or talent fulfillment.
- Proven experience in building pipeline, driving placements, and renewing engagements.
- Ability to work across PST hours and manage global communication effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of ownership, speed, and ability to operate in a high-velocity environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience handling multiple US regions and large staffing portfolios.
- Strong vendor network with the ability to leverage partners quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS processes, US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099), and industry compliance (Optional)
