Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant PromoMats with expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our team to configure, deploy, and support PromoMats components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

• Configure and deploy PromoMats components, including document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, and user roles
• Fulfill reporting and operational requests
• Create and maintain test cases, system documentation, and configuration updates
• Analyze user requirements and propose feasible, scalable system solutions
• Test and deploy changes following defined release processes
• Maintain and support integrations with the PromoMats application
• Collaborate with Veeva Professional Services, system integrators, and internal teams
• Train and transfer knowledge to admins and support teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and ITIL processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-driven with high flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with end-to-end Vault configuration and deployment using tools like Vault API, Eclipse, VEM NextGen, Jenkins or similar CI/CD systems
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Vault configurations
• Strong documentation skills: build scripts, runbooks, release notes, configuration guides, rollback plans
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Understanding of change control, versioning, and audit requirements

Good to Haves:

• Experience with other Vault applications (Medical, MedComms, Quality, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Vault platform fundamentalsdata model, security model, lifecycle management, object configuration
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM / Vault CRM modules
