Summary

We are seeking an experienced Veeva PromoMats Specialist to support end-to-end management of promotional and medical materials. The role will focus on preparing submission-ready content, ensuring compliant referencing, managing internal/external review workflows, and addressing MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) feedback efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, excellent attention to detail, and strong familiarity with pharma promotional compliance requirements across markets..

Key Responsibilities

• Create placeholders , upload materials, and maintain metadata/version control.
• Upload and manage references with proper classification.
• Add accurate anchors for all claims, figures, tables, and footnotes.
• Manage MLR workflows , track reviews, and ensure timely approvals.
• Address and resolve MLR comments by updating content, references, or anchors.
• Ensure compliance with US/EU/Global promotional regulations.

Required Skills

• 45 years hands-on Veeva PromoMats experience.
• Strong understanding of MLR/PRC review processes.
• Excellent referencing & attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
