Veeva QMS Testing

Role: Veeva QMS Testing

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

Develop review and maintain SDLC deliverables including Test Plans System Integration Test SIT Scripts User Acceptance Test UAT Scripts Regression Automated Scripts Test Reports Protocols and related documentation

Design and execute test cases for Veeva QMS modules to ensure compliance with functional regulatory and business requirements

Prepare and manage IT Standard Operating Procedures SOPs relevant to Veeva QMS testing and validation processes

Coordinate with business analysts developers and validation teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and traceability throughout the SDLC

Conduct defect tracking issue resolution and root cause analysis for test failures and discrepancies

Implement and maintain automated regression testing frameworks for Veeva Platform applications

Generate and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders ensuring transparency and compliance with industry standards

Support audits and inspections by providing relevant testing and validation documentation

Contribute to continuous process improvements for testing methodologies and SDLC deliverables within the Veeva QMS environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline

Proven experience in software testing preferably in life sciences pharmaceuticals or regulated industries

Handson experience with Veeva QMS or other Veeva Vault applications is highly desirable

Strong understanding of SDLC processes validation protocols and compliance standards eg GxP FDA 21 CFR Part 11

Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test scripts

Familiarity with IT SOPs documentation standards and audit processes

Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional multicultural team environment
