Job Description
Role: Veeva QMS Support specialist
Experience: 4-8yrs
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Application Support
- Own L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault QMS (Quality Events, Deviations, Complaints, CAPA, Change Control, Audits, Training/QualityDocs).
- Triage and resolve incidents/requests; manage problems and known errors using ITIL practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira).
- Perform breakfix, configuration updates, minor enhancements, and periodic Vault releases (prevalidation, smoke tests, impact assessment, enablement).
- Maintain SLA/OLA adherence, release notes, and SOPaligned service documentation.
Customization & Configuration
- Configure objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles, security, page layouts, controlled vocabularies, and quality processes.
- Build reports & dashboards; write VQL for queries; manage document types and templates.
- Implement controlled changes under change control with traceability (requirements design test release).
EndtoEnd Implementation
- Lead/participate in discovery & fitgap, process mapping (AsIs/ToBe), and solution design aligned with GxP.
- Drive validation: author/review URS/FRS/DS, RTM, CSV plan, IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and deviation handling per GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11.
- Plan and execute data migration (mapping, transformation, cleansing, mock loads, final cutover).
- Integrate Vault QMS with upstream/downstream apps (e.g., ERP/PLM/LIMS/HRMS, eSign, DMS, LMS) using Vault REST API, Java SDK, or iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Conduct UAT, user training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare; drive adoption and change management.
