Job Summary
- Experience working in IT projects for Healthcare, Life sciences or Biopharma industry .
- Expertise in system administration, configurations, maintenance or Support of Salesforce CRM, VEEVA CRM projects
- Domain Admin and Configuration specialization on different Veeva OOB modules. Well-versed in all aspects of the Veeva platform and applications, including the application functions, system and business administration settings
- Experience working in Veeva CRM Configurations - preferably worked in areas like Activities ( Meeting. Call), Account Management (Account Details, Product Metric, My Accounts, Account Creation), Scheduling/Planning, Samples, Products, Multichannel, Engage Meeting, Event Management etc
- Experience in trading partners data on boarding, data management, data analysis, and data quality, data validation
- Hands-on experience working on custom Apex Classes, Controller, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, custom APIs. Worked on VEEVA CRM custom objects, Veeva customization/configurations, End-to-End Integration and implementation of VEEVA CRM multi country roll out
- Widespread experience as software engineer involving in analysis, design and implementation of project requirements through requirement gathering and functional specifications, preparation of use cases and data modeling
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with Customers and good communication and presentation skills, handling team in Onsite-Offshore mod
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolving issues and conflicts
