Job Summary
The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations. Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate business requirements to develop effective solutions using Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault MigrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements for enhancementsDesign and implement system configurations to optimize Veeva functionalities and improve user experienceProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications to ensure smooth operationsDevelop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure quality assuranceCoordinate with IT teams to manage data migrations and integrations with Veeva VaultMonitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiencyConduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Veeva systemsPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurationsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system implementationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectivesUtilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Qualifications
