Hi,

We are looking for an experienced Digital R&D Veeva CoE Lead to drive the architecture, governance, and delivery of scalable digital platforms supporting global R&D operations within a leading global life sciences organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the future of the Veeva Vault ecosystem and play a key role in enabling digital transformation across R&D.

Hyderabad | Leadership Role | Life Sciences Technology | Experience: 15-20 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Veeva Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting global R&D platforms
• Manage platform configuration, governance, and release management within **Veeva Systems Vault applications
• Ensure compliance with GxP standards and data integrity requirements
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define platform configuration strategies
• Oversee incident, change, problem, and service request management
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, governance frameworks, and operational excellence
• Lead and mentor a team of 30+ internal and external Veeva specialists
• Manage platform licensing and operational budgets

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise technology platforms
• Strong expertise in Veeva Vault configuration and administration
• Experience working within life sciences / pharmaceutical regulatory environments
• Veeva certifications across applications such as RIM, Quality, Clinical, or Commercial Vault
• Proven leadership experience managing global delivery teams and complex platform programs
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional global teams
