Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application SME with 5 to 8 years of experience in Varicent Development Varicent Reports and Varicent Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Segmentation and possess excellent English language skills. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel obligations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Varicent applications to support business requirements.
  • Configure Varicent systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Create and manage Varicent reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Varicent-related issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Varicent applications.
  • Implement best practices for Varicent development and configuration.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Varicent tools and processes.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Analyze customer segmentation data to drive targeted marketing strategies.
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Varicent Development.
  • Have strong expertise in Varicent Reports and Varicent Configuration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Segmentation techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Varicent Developer .

    LOMA or equivalent certification is a plus .
