Job Description
- Candidates current or previous experience should be from BPO background
- This is a On-Site role
- Current Sales experience is mandatory.
- US Shifts > 24x7
- 5 days working
- Transport Facility for candidates within Travel boundaries
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Total Work Experience - 5-10 yrs
- Be a Supplier full-time employee whose purpose is to drive value growth through training, communication and outlier identification;
- Develop Supplier Facility action plans to drive performance (revenue, loyalty/retention, digital, value compliance, other charges and credits);
- Communicate on Supplier Facilitys strategic initiatives and develop promotions;
- Provide subject matter expertise, energy and excitement around new products, pricing, promotions, incentives and other initiatives;
- Generate KPI action plans with onsite and value teams;
- Monitor and act upon value outlier performance;
- Attend regularly scheduled Value Manager meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Organized
- Strong leadership skills
- PowerPoint Presentation
