Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Manager at VIVRO Financial Services Private Limited in Ahmedabad. The Valuation Manager will be responsible for (i) Conducting Financial Analysis (ii) Performing Due Diligence (iii) Valuation of Financial Securities, Intangible Assets, Business, Equity as well as working on Purchase Price Allocation, Impairment Analysis, Options, ESOPs for issuance of Valuation Reports (iv) Advising on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, Valuation, Advisory
• Relevant certification as a CA is a minimum requirement
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial modeling
• Experience in preparing valuation reports and conducting due diligence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
