Valuation Consultant

We are seeking for a Valuation Analyst with 3+ years of strong exposure to financial analysis, financial modelling, and accounting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of valuation methodologies, including the income approach, market approach, and asset-based approach, along with hands-on experience in valuing privately held companies, equity interests, intangible assets, and business combinations. Experience working on valuation assignments for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting, and tax compliance is essential.
