We are looking for an experienced Sr. Validation Sales Recruiter with a strong background in Non-IT / Pharma recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Validation, Medical Device Supplier Quality Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers, along with strong expertise in bench sales recruitment for the US market.

Job Overview:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT (Validation) Bench Sales Recruitment

Experience marketing Validation / Manufacturing consultants

Strong understanding of Pharma, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences requirements

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Ability to identify innovative ways to market and place candidates

Experience working with CPT, OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and US Citizens

Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and W2 employment types

Experience working with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients to generate opportunities for bench consultants

Strong reporting skills for weekly/monthly performance tracking

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Coordinate and schedule telephonic or in-person interviews between candidates and clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients

Negotiate rates with vendors and manage candidate submissions effectively

Ensure consultants successfully join client projects and maintain regular follow-ups

Utilize social media recruiting and networking to identify potential candidates
